​TSMUN welcomes Maximus Figueras as this year's Secretary General for the 27th annual Tallahassee Southern Model United Nations. Max is a current student at TCC with intentions to study Philosophy at FSU. Max joined TCC's Model UN team last fall and is the serving Vice President. The Model UN environment is one that develops writing skills, legal thought, and negotiation skills through the structure of the United Nations. Max is thrilled, as is the whole staff of TSMUN, to bring the MUN experience to student leaders with the goal to inspire them to continue to lead in everything they do.

Our Mission

The Tallahassee Southern Model United Nations (TSMUN) strives to further the understanding of international affairs in middle and high school students. It's annual conference attracts 250 student leaders from schools throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States.  TSMUN is led by its Board of Directors and is a 501-3 (c) Non-Profit Organization.
